Pet safety is the #1 priority for Village Blue Grooming.  This is achieved by focusing on the pets’ comfort and tranquility during services.  Grooming involves sharp tools and intimate handling of animals.  As such, the utmost care must be given during a service session to prevent injury.

When a pet becomes anxious, scared, aggressive, or even overly playful, we will slow down the service and help them return to a state of calm. This approach creates a positive experience, and helps us work towards your pets’ successful future grooms.

We may not complete every step as thoroughly as we would like within a service session due to the need to manage safety and behavioral challenges.  However, we will ensure your pet is provided the best possible circumstance to get the most from this and future grooming sessions.
